Purchasing a Gift certificate
Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Gift certificates are transferable - the person named on the voucher can re-gift it.
Gift certificates cancellations are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Restrictions on participation
Participants need to be physically mobile capable of exiting the simulator via a “rope ladder” in the unlikely event of an emergency in order to use the simulator you must:

Be 7 years of age or older;

Be supervised by an adult if under the age of 16;

Be in good health and free from heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, claustrophobia, or other conditions that could be aggravated by the simulator.

Disclose any physical disability and/or condition which could affect access of the simulator e.g. The use of a wheelchair

Be dressed appropriately in comfortable clothing and flat shoes;

Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Please note the simulator facility is not safe for small children due to open railings.
Prices
We will ensure that prices shown on all of our outlets e.g. Facebook, our website, sales partneres, are up to date and accurate.
Guests
You can bring ONE guest to share your flight experience, your guest can join you in the cockpit or the lounge. Children under the age of 16 should be supervised by an adult while in the cockpit, other guests are welcome to wait in the reception or lounge area during sim sessions. On very rare occasions it may not be possible to have a guest join you in the cockpit for technical reasons- e.g. if a JetEx staff member needs to operate the sim systems to facilitate a session.
Cancellations and rescheduling an appointment
You are required to give at least 48 hours to reschedule the date and/or time of your simulator experience, we also cannot guarantee any availability of your requested date and/or time.
A full refund for any reason is offered up to 14 days from the date of purchase, after which refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the JET-EX Simulation Team.
Technical Issues
In the event of a technical failure of the sim, you will be offered an alternative slot, or refund, along with a fulsome apology. We will offer free additional time in the sim in lieu of any flight time unavailable due to minor technical issues with the sim.
Late Arrival
If your Flight Simulator experience time is reduced due to late arrival, or other reason, e.g. bathroom visits, we will endeavour to accommodate you, however this will depend on how busy the simulator is.
Instructor Illness
Whilst we will endeavour to find a replacement instructor this is not always possible, in which case you will then be offered an alternate date.
Simulator availability
If we are unable to provide a booked simulator experience session due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. simulator failure, we will offer an alternative date or refund.
By purchasing either a gift voucher, or booking a simulator session with us you accept that we shall not be held responsible/liable for cancellation, delay, or changes made to simulator sessions caused by factors beyond our control e.g. weather related incidents. Refunds are limited to the initial price of the voucher and/or simulator session, and do not extend to other expenses incurred - e.g. travel and accommodation.
Inclusivity
We will do our best to accommodate people with disabilities, however due to the fact the simulator is based on a real 737 cockpit, and is accessed via steps and a drawbridge, there is limited access which we cannot change. Please contact us before purchasing a voucher or booking a session if you have disabilities which may impede your access to the simulator.
Complaints
We’re very proud of our 5-star reputation, but always keen to learn how we can make your experience even better.
Please let your instructor know immediately if you have any issues, don’t be afraid to speak up! It is very important to raise any concerns on the day of your simulator session so we can make it right. We can only accept complaints regarding simulator sessions from customers who've attended a JetEx simulator session. Third party complaints or requests for refunds from people who were not present during the session in question will not be accepted.
Car Park
JET-EX Simulation cannot be held liable for any accident, loss or theft from the car park which is free to use.
Contract
These booking forms, our rules, regulations and these terms and conditions shall form the entire contract for the provision of Full Motion Flight Simulator Experiences by JET-EX Simulation. By placing any bookings, purchasing of vouchers and/or usage of the Flight Simulator, you hereby agree to abide by the rules, regulations and terms and conditions of the Flight Simulator Experiences by JET-EX Simulation.

Personal Safety
Due to the nature of our full motion experience, personal safety is our number one priority. On the day of your experience you will be briefed by one of our qualified instructors about various safety features of the sim, including emergency stop and evacuation proceedures.
Physical ability
You must be physically fit enough to be able to exit the simulator via a laddar in an emergency, e.g. in the event of a building power failure.
